Show Lo Wants To Hold Next Birthday Party At Taipei Arena
Taiwanese artist Show "Xiao Zhu
(Little Pig)" Lo held his "Wedding Anniversary Party" 2 days ago, over a
thousand fans came together to celebrate his 31st birthday. Show then
said that next time he wants to spend his birthday with his fans at the
Taipei Arena, and expressed that right now his main priority is to
succeed in his career.
At his birthday party, 1,200 fans were admitted into the venue, where
there weren't enough seats. Show happily said, next time he'll ask his
company to hold the birthday party at the Taipei Arena where he can
spend the day to party with his fans. He also expressed, up until 2 days
ago, "Show Lo's Fans Club" (SFC) had already surpassed 15,000 members
in the Asia Region. He's also considering to hold a concert for members
only, to reciprocate and thank his fans.
Show had birthday dinner with his mother. And to receive his present, he
played games with her. Lo Mama gave him a 3 carat diamond bracelet, but
because Show had screamed too loudly during the games the night before,
his voice cracked during his performance at the party, causing laughter
to rupture throughout.
Taiwanese artist Jay Chou had previously mentioned that he'll be
retiring at age 35. When asked about the subject, Show smiled and said
that it wasn't possible. He then expressed that because of Jay's
ambitions for and commitment to music, he wouldn't leave showbiz at age
35.
Recently, many artists have announced their relationships publicly. Show
expressed that because his career sparked later then others, he wants
to work even harder than other people to push his career further. So
every year, his birthday wishes have nothing to do with love
relationships.
As for a recent implication that he had asked for the phone number of a
model, Show exclaimed, "That's too weak (random/wild/not true)!" He
expressed that after reading the papers the day before, that person
never said a name, but he felt angry. Show said, "Friends, those of you
with dreams of becoming a celebrity, don't use these methods to get your
name out there or to give yourself headliners."
